How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your items to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast and secure payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel them, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pattedevelours.ca . We will do our best to assist you, however no modifications can be guaranteed once the order is being processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure.
Do prices include taxes?
No, applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout, based on your place of residence.

What are the processing times?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
What are the delivery times?
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- France & Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 30 business days
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to 28 countries, including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, and many others. The rest of the world is not yet served.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order, allowing you to track your package in real-time.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees related to international delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your country's customs authorities before placing an order.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with their tags and original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at info@pattedevelours.ca stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-refundable:
- Perishable products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How do exchanges work?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the item in question and place a new order.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@pattedevelours.ca.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging at info@pattedevelours.ca. We will find a solution quickly.
